Misfits & Machines · Built before day one

The work,
not the resume.

A founding Head of Growth does not pitch a partnership with a deck. They map who, build the plan, structure the first deal, and recruit the champion who closes it. Here is all four, for Misfits, produced before day one with the AnalyzeLens agentic GTM stack.

The arc: who to partner with, then the operating system to run it, then the number-one deal worked end to end, then the people inside the account who actually sign it.

Layer 01Who

The Partnership Map

An outside-in map of the platforms that already aggregate the advertisers Misfits is built to serve, scored on advertiser density, channel gap, embed path, and deal economics, then tiered.

Layer 02The Plan

The GTM Engine

The operating system for the seat. A live partner intelligence console scoring every target, seven ways to expand the offering, portfolio economics, and a year-one roadmap of parallel bets.

Layer 03The Deal

The Shopify Deal

The number-one target worked end to end. The wedge, a working economics model you can drag, the competitive counter against MNTN and Vibe, the deal structure, and the path to a signed LOI.

Layer 04The People

The Shopify Champion Map

How the deal actually closes. Who inside Shopify to recruit, the interest wedge that lands with each persona, the blocker to defuse, and the sequence from first contact to a signed term sheet.

What I would bring to this

The agents I build are governed, which is why they are still being used a year later

Most agent projects do not fail on model quality. They stall for two reasons. Context is lost between every run, so the thing never compounds and people quietly stop opening it. And nobody can prove it caused anything, so at the next review the budget moves somewhere that can produce a number.

So I build the layer underneath. It records nothing above a hint without the source it came from, expires what stopped being true on a schedule that matches the kind of fact it is, and keeps one client's memory structurally unreadable to another. That last part is usually what gets an agent through a security review.

That is the difference between a pilot that demos well and a system somebody still opens in a year. It is also what I would be building here, whichever of the plays above you started with.

Before you close this

You did not ask for this page

I built it because the findings were sitting there and nobody had put them in one place. Everything on it is dated and checkable, and if any of it is wrong I would rather hear it from you.

If it is useful, the next thirty minutes are more useful than the page.

Book 30 minutes

Bring one number you do not trust. I will tell you whether an agent can fix it, what it would take, and what it would cost. If the answer is that you do not need me, I will say that instead.
